Working with the Office Design Team at Lane Office helped me grow as a professional by giving me the tools to easily and seamlessly work in a group environment or individually, on multiple projects at once.  We would collaboratively work on very large projects - multi-building multi-floor fit-outs; on our own, we would take on smaller projects - multi-floor or single-floor fit-outs.  Throughout my time at Lane, I was taught how to estimate and start projects, beginning with initial bid proposals, and then revised bid proposals.  Then I was transitioned into a project manager position, where I would take awarded jobs and see them through shop drawings, project submittals, field dimensioning, product ordering, installation, and close-out documentation.
